Calories in foods

Does anyone remember the thread where someone listed the calories in each meal? I would like to have that again, because I want to try something out. lol Seeing how long it will take a sim to gain weight if they eat only a high caloric diet, and another one, how long it would take to gain if only eating a more healthy and low caloric diet. And then two others eating like the other two sims, yet they both workout as well.

It's that bug where sims get their fork stuck to their hand! :D

Oh! Nice! Zero calorie violin playing!

I never knew this existed. Maybe I should watch what my sims eat O___o lol

I do what I used to do in Sims2. I simply don't let them eat until their hunger bar is completely full. This has kept one of my Sims rather slim throughout his life. He's an Elder, now.

Same. I wait until the bar is a deep red before letting them eat. I tend to say more towards the healthier stuff - no cake, lots of fish and chicken - but not really strict, either. If I see a belly bump I just send them to the treadmill a few days in a row. I wish it was that easy IRL!
  • Is there a Calorie Counter for Baked goods and Mixology/Beverages? I see one for the regular cooking and gourmet cooking.

I don't even bother with that. My sims get to eat whatever I feel they would enjoy and if I want them to slim down they get shoved the calorie burner icecream down their gullet (before that existed I used modded microwave food). I find it unfair to force my hard working gardeners and woodworkers on a treadmill because they lead a "lazy" lifestyle in the game's opinion. I wish Sims 5 would account for a baseline metabolism and differentiate between desk work, medium and heavy labor!
