Can a surface pro 4 run just the base game and like one pack?

I heard it plays the Sims Medieval but I do not know if it can play any of the Sims series games. I tried to see if it has shaders but could not find info on that - as the Sims series all need shaders. Your best bet is check with Microsoft - they could surely answer your question I would think.
