Can I get a refund for kits that don't show up in my game?

I don't know where the problem began. Maybe it was when they changed from Origin to the EA app but the last four kits I've purchased have NEVER showed up in my game. I admit I probably should have noticed earlier but frankly my game is so full I am not really missing those missing kit packs (Basement Clutter, Book Nook, Bathroom Clutter and the Greenhouse Haven kits) but I did pay for them so you'd think EA would make sure their software actually worked before producing even more broken products. I noticed in Download Manager it says all four packs did download and are supposedly "in library" but none of the items are to be found. And to add some additional info I have cleared the cache and even ran the "repair" functions on both the game AND the app. I will attempt to uninstall the app and reinstall it but I doubt it will have any additional improvement.
