Yes, I'm concerned about 2nd cousin marriage too. I currently have my MCCC set so it bypasses marriage/pregnancy selection for my played Sims and I leave all my legacy families as "played." However, I'm in Generation 5 and it's tiresome to keep up the rotational play just to micromanage all those relationships. I would love to let their stories progress autonomously, but I don't want relatively close family members to get together.
