It's actually impossible to try for baby with Grim Reaper (I'm sure). It is possible to download a ghost from the Gallery and turn them into toddler.

I've tried having a baby with the Grim Reaper and it is impossible unfortunately. I'd love to see little Grim Reaper babies, though.

You might be able to use a cheat for it.

Goat toddlers are called kids.

maybe that will be something to consider if they give us witches, instead of them popping up at random a potion that allows you to have a ghost baby of your choice or a child with the grim reaper, I'd take a zombie toddler that ate plants too.
