Cannot create a ticket on the sims discord, need admin help

I recently won a free ep through a contest held on the sims discord, but to claim it i need to create a ticket. Everytime I attempt this I recieve a message that says I dont have the permissions. And of course to contact a mod or admin for support you have to create a suport ticket, which also doesnt work. Ive tried tagging mods, dming them, I went through EA support, I had friends join to see if they could make a ticket  (they couldn't), I dmed social media accounts. Im so frustrated, the deadline to claim the free ep is today and I cant do anything.
