Can't get the tutorial screen to stop popping up!

So every time I open the game, the tutorial screen pops up. I always select "no" and check the box that says something along the lines of don't ask anymore, but it still pops up every time. I've even tried not checking the box but it still pops up. Anyone else have this issue?

Try removing the “ options” or “ options.ini” file from your sims 4 folder. Then load the game, and see if the issues remain. You will need to reset any settings you have chosen in Game options though as a new options file will have been generated.
