@Simmingal Wow, your futuristic building looks amazing, almost like the concept art! EA should hire you as the builder if we ever get a pack like that. So those shiny ledges are from High School Years? I definitely need to get this pack someday so I can put them on my building, too.
Who would have thought that a kit of all things (especially one that isn't even out yet, and won't be any time soon because the medieval theme is going to win) would inspire me, the Sims community's most unwilling builder, to build something. My replacement lab is not entirely finished yet, I still have an empty lower left corner that I don't know how to fill, but so far, I'd say it's not my worst creation.

I especially like the view at night, but I wish the non-ceiling lights were stronger so we could see more of the outside.
