Cats won't pee outside
I've tried this in different households and in different saves, but everytime I got the same result. After having done the "scold for peeing inside" interaction a couple of times, I got a notification...

I agree. And even if the cat IS your pet, and not a stray cat you take care of, there are some situations when having a litter box just seems ridiculous. I used to live in the middle of nowhere, my house was literally surrounded by nothing but fields and woods, and my cat could come and go as he pleased thanks to his pet door ; why, in such a situation, would you go out of your way to keep your pet's poo inside your house ? I mean, my cat always goes outside, and I've never had any complaints so far.
