Cats won't pee outside
I've tried this in different households and in different saves, but everytime I got the same result. After having done the "scold for peeing inside" interaction a couple of times, I got a notification...

I am equally perplexed by the fact that cats apparently can't pee outside in the game, but must use a litter box. Still, I have two spoilt darlings in RL who will frequently come in from outside for that very purpose, and always when we have just cleaned it.
