CC Kit over Creator Kit?? Why??

I just recently learned that the different between a Creator Kit and a CC Kit is that a CC Kit is fully created by the CC creator where as the Creator Kit is built by the sims in collaboration by the influencer. My question is, why would I pay The Sims for these CC Kits when I could just go straight to the CC Creator?? Especially if the quality and Maxis Match won’t be the same as what’s expected in the game? I enjoy kids but I like that the quality of item is (generally) reliable and high, where as CC, depending on creator can be lacking. That being said CC creators are definitely carrying the content these days, but it’s not always reliable or consistent from creator to creator.  

So my question is why pay for a Creator kit when I can just go follow the creator independently?
