I don't have fan clubs in my game, but when celebrities pass people usually go visit their grave and sometimes their house if open for visits, like a museum. So their fans could go visit her there. Also, if you have framed autographs, they will give some moodlets to the fans when viewing them. I have a cafe in my game where I collect signed autographs of all the famous celebrities my sims meet in game. Maybe you could transform her house into a cafe and have fans meet there regularly.
I have Luna Villareal and Johnny Zest's first home as a vacation rental, where their fans can try what it would be like to live like them for a couple of days. Sadly Luna and Johnny divorced, but many sims adored them when they were together.
