I’ve been using 14-day seasons for 8 families and changing households every 8 days. This allows me to pick up where I left off so the days flow for each family (even though technically it’s a year later but it’s where they left off in that season) and no holidays are missed or repeated.
I have more households forming, so I will soon be using 28-day seasons for 12 households, changing every 10 days with the exception of one session lasting 12 days. Otherwise, if I was still using 14-day seasons, I’d be changing households every 5 days which is too short to get into each household and they’re not guaranteed a weekend.
