Cheat codes for killing sims not working

Last year they removed lots of cheats, this one was probably one of them. Unfortunately you’ll have to use a different way to kill your sim...might I recommend the good ol’ walls around the pool

There’s probably a super high chance those cheats have been disabled and we can’t use them anymore. It’s not uncommon to see this happen after patch updates since some cheats can have unexpected affects in gameplay (usually bad) after long term use.

Anything to help! Fun fact; cheats like the one you tried to use only exist for development purposes but they let us use them most of the time.

I believe the cheats have been removed, I've personally tried several since the patch, no luck.
I recommend mccommand, maintain sim >kill sim by X.
Just make sure they're on the active lot while you do it if you want their tombstone.
