Cheat Vet Skill for Employed Vets

Hi!

So I moved my family to another house and somehow they lost their vet clinic, which was nearly 5 stars and had three vets with max skill. Of course if I buy it back it starts over and I can only hire low level vets. I really don't want to start over. Is there any way to cheat the vet skill of the employees I hire? I have MC Command Center, if that helps. Thanks!
