I love this greeting! I only noticed it between Windenburg residents, unfortunately. I wish we could set it as a default greeting or customize it in CAS, how cool would that be. If you want a businessman type of character, you could set him to always greet with a handshake; bro sims greets with bro hugs and so on. 90% of my sims would be given the kiss cheek greeting because that's the norm where I live, it would be so much better than the current one. You just don't stand idle and wave your hand in the face of somebody else, no how. I don't think people actually do it regardless of where they live, but if I'm wrong, no offense intended.
