They're in the open central area where the basketball court is. There's usually two food stalls there they rotate their exact location on the lot but they're somewhere in that area. One of the food stalls might be the produce stall (I think it always is except during the festival) the but the second one is a food cart (it varies of what variety the food is) and eating multiple meals from it does count for the work-at-home requirements.
Every district in the city has the rotating food stalls in their central areas. It shouldn't be that hard to spot them.
