I'm definitely going to make the volcano area as a tourist location.....a museum right up by the volcano, a park where the shipwreck is for picnics and family fun, and probably just a public beach on the other for water activities. That will be the area families from other towns will visit.
The community area will be all touristy type of stuff with restaurants, bars, and retail.
And the residential will be the 5 at the top left!
