I'm definitely going to make the volcano area as a tourist location.....a museum right up by the volcano, a park where the shipwreck is for picnics and family fun, and probably just a public beach on the other for water activities. That will be the area families from other towns will visit.

The community area will be all touristy type of stuff with restaurants, bars, and retail.

And the residential will be the 5 at the top left!

Has anyone seen any information yet regarding how many bedrooms/bathrooms the premade residential lots have?

That 50 x 50 lot in the volcano island is perfect for an underwater lot!

I really like your ideas for the set-up; I just may do that myself. I also want to do an off the grid shipwreck on that beachy lot in the volcanic area.

It's such a beautiful island! I can't wait! I wish it had a 20x15 lot though.
