Club outfits are BROKEN since the latest patch Get Together
Club outfits are broken and sims never change into their club outfits since the latest 1.68 patch.

I am having this issue too and serious last exception errors are being fired out.
I have tested previous saves from before the patch and it is there too now when previously it was never an issue.
Very unfortunately it is impacting gameplay.
