@83bienchen I'm also a mother of three (all grown) and the grandmother of thirteen, soon to be fourteen. I also appreciate the look of the 'new' newborns. Maybe it's just me or my very nice outer speakers, but I was never aware of any noises (other than that grating mewling they made) until after the Infants patch. Doesn't mean it wasn't there, I just never noticed it before. I guess what I'm trying to say is, the little cute noises are still there.
ETA: Newborns in reality also tend to be on the scrawny side, until they reach the age of about six weeks, when they suddenly have some 'meat' on their bones. That's when they become 'pretty', as it were. My first baby looked a lot like Billy Barty when she was born. LOL She's gorgeous now.
