Content Creator Packs

So... I love Sims, but I also like to play Cities Skylines sometimes. I don't have money, so I can only buy one... Sims 4, just because Cities Skyliens doesn't run properly in my laptop with a lot of dlcs. There's a cities skylines pack type called Content Creator Pack, and all of them ahve been so great. I wish we had that in Sims 4. I mean, we already have cool cc creators releasing their packs (as lilsimsie has shown lately), but i don't like having to update cc everytime a new patch comes out. If we had content creator packs we would definitely have proper counters and toddler/child/masculine content isntead of just the same young adult lady cas we always get. Also, there would be a lot more cool things they do on their packs too... so much that i'm not going to remember here.
Of course, I would want it to be officialy official. Receiving the same treatment the other packs have, maintenance during patchs, maxis match, etc etc...
Here's the latest content creator pack for cities skylines:

    Yes.

The game was built from the ground-up to be friendly to player-created modifications, interfacing with Steam Workshop. Colossal Order found that with Cities in Motion, players had quickly begun to modify the game and expand on it. They wanted to encourage that behavior in Cities: Skylines, as they recognized that modding ability was important to players and would not devalue the game. Within a month of the game's release, over 20,000 assets had been created in the Workshop, including modifications that enabled a first-person mode and a flying simulator. As of March 2017, over 100,000 user-created items were available. Many of these fans have been able to use crowd-funding services like Patreon to fund their creation efforts. Paradox, recognizing fan-supported mods, started to engage with some of the modders to create official content packs for the game starting in 2016. The first of these was a new set of art deco-inspired buildings created by Matt Crux. Crux received a portion of the sales of the content from Paradox.

I just don't know how the choose who's going to make the pack. Maybe its a competition of some sort, or they pick the creators who had the most popular cc downloaded before. In Sims 4/5 I would like to have one community voted stuff pack per year, as well as a content creator pack. Then, we could also vote on who's going to make the content creator pack instead of the dev team. This way we would still have a bunch of stuff packs, but they would be better ones than we have had in Sims 4. Then the devs would have time to focus on the community voted stuff pack and other pack types isntead of givving a bunch of random packs for the sakeof making tons of things to sell.
