I agree. Instead of giving us a new age bracket, we should be using the ones we have. We could do a first kiss aspiration, first crush, negative emotion effects with bullies, popularity aspiration, etc.
See that works for people like you who want to play adult sized teens as they are way younger then they look but what about people who want to play their game as a preteen(or play it as younger teen) who is having their first kiss not as someone who looks 19.
TS4 teens don't have to look 19.
I see them as closer to 16
And I see preteen kissing as... not really appropriate. A first kiss at 15-16 is much more appropriate.
irl, most teens are adult sized, they may not have reached their full adult size by 15, but they are usually the size of some adults. :)
