What's the point of buying a dryer if the clothes are going to be damp? Is there such a thing as a dryer that only partly dries clothes?
I am surprised you can't adopt a dog in TS4 and end up with a dog with no legs - ie basically a large slug on a leash, that you have to drag around - maybe mount onto a skateboard. The point being, if you buy a dog, you expect it to have 4 legs - unless otherwise stated.
