I am surprised you can't adopt a dog in TS4 and end up with a dog with no legs - ie basically a large slug on a leash, that you have to drag around - maybe mount onto a skateboard. The point being, if you buy a dog, you expect it to have 4 legs - unless otherwise stated.
ROFL That would be a sight to behold. Now I hope someone makes a pet like that and uploads it. That would be something for a Star Trek themed world!
But to answer your question, sometimes my dryer doesn't dry a heavy load all the way. It may be slightly damp with the jeans either in their pockets or the waist area. So an additional 20 minutes normally does the trick. And sometimes heavy blankets need more time.
