Deducting Satisfaction Points?

Try typing in
testingcheats true
Then type in
sims.remove_satisfaction_points ( Amount of points ) Without the brackets

For the active Sim, sims.remove_buff Points removes 100 points. Or that's my understanding of how it works - I might have that wrong. It's one of the few I haven't tried myself.

It doesn't seem to be working unfortunately.. I also turned my mods off and it didn't work with those disabled either and I enabled testingcheats. I've noticed some other cheats haven't been working lately though. D:

Shoot. It might just not do that, though.

If one of my Sims needs reward potion, let's say, and another one in the family has enough points for what's needed, then that one purchases it, and I slide it out of their inventory onto a counter and direct the Sim in 'need' to consume it.

For some reason the cheat to give the satisfaction points now isn't working, whereas it was before because I tested it on a tester Sim. :unamused:

I tried that and it also didn't work but like I said some cheats that require testingcheats haven't been working for me the past several days or they'll work once out of the blue and not again..

It can be any number but without any quotations "" in it and use the negative to take points and no symbol to add points.

Are you sure it isn’t going into the family inventory or something? Could it be a mod issue?

Anyway what happened to that “new player question thread”? It would seriously cut down on the necroposting if new members didn’t have to resurrect years dead topics for help.
