Dine out, Junge adventures or Realm of Magic?
I'll very likely go for a bundle and/or sale for Discover University. The above mentioned packs are the only GPs I'm still missing and I consider them all Nice to Have, but not essential. I've looked them up repeatedly, but could still use a little food for thought.
My thoughts so far:
Dine Out
+ Experimental foods
+ Seafood restaurant in Sulani
- Not interested in running a restaurant *, just in visiting
- GTW tools were always good enough to build restaurants
*… except maybe a pub. Can we run a pub with Dine Out? With just bar drinks and a few snacks on the menu (nothing else) and visiting sims actually using darts, soccer and cards table?
Jungle Adventure
+ Very screenshotable world
+ Required for many interesting houses in the gallery
- Never enjoyed tomb gameplay in Sims 3
Realm of Magic
+ Amazing screenshotable world
+ Dueling
+ Morgyn Ember
- Magic doesn’t fit into my favorite save
- Teleporting brooms are disappointing
- Dependent on townie control mods
My playstyle: Rotational, micromanaging, roleplay/story driven, very slow paced (sims age by one lifestage at most per rl year), no Seasons
Curent favorite pack: Island Living
