I've had tea sets disappear entirely from lots 3 times now since installing MWS. Posting here to see if anyone else has had the same thing happen.I'm trying to figure out what is causing it, and I suspect it is whatever state the tea set is in. I think this last time I had steeped the tea, but never poured or drank it, so perhaps it is getting removed when it is in the state where it needs to be 'cleaned'.Edit: Other people have confirmed experiencing the same thing. I've put up a bug report for this issue, those of you who have had it happen in your game also may want to add a "Me too" to it: Bug Report is here if you want to add a "Me Too".

are you sure you didn't exit game in between and it failed to save? that seemed to be happening for someonebut no i haven't noticed tea sets going missing maybe theres tea set burglar around :lol:

My sims drink a lot of tea and I like the tea set better than the electric brewer because I can pore 6 cups and then just grab as desired.

I only just discovered where the new tea sets were! So far, I only get the option to steep tea, which I haven't followed through on. I am hoping it is like the tea set they gave us with one of the packs back in Sims2. It was more of a formal Japanese Tea ceremony. This would go right along with my Sim's only sister being betrothed. When I get around to this I hope I'm not disappointed.And, no, both tea sets (I bought one of each) are still on the lot.

I do have maid service in the household where it's disappeared twice. hmmm....

But yah, I'm sure it isn't a save issue. I've been meaning to create Kaylynn Langerak and add her to the Pleasant household as the maid. I think I'll make her a jealous kleptomaniac and see if she swipes Mary-Sue's lovely tea set ...

You can serve cups of tea and hand them over to individual Sims. I love doing that in the game. It's really nice when your Sim has a guest over to hand them a little cup of tea. :smile:

You can also put the cups in the refrigerator if you want Iced Tea for later. You have to use LIVE drag to do it, but still...

You know there is a pitcher of iced tea in the game right? :wink: I'm just kidding, I'm so doing this too now. That is very creative. Iced Green Tea would be perfect. Also some glasses of wine to make them Iced Wine, my favourite.

When I leave and then come back later, they are just ... gone.

One time it happened on a community lot where I had a tea set; I know I didn't have a sim clean it before leaving. The other two times it has been in a home. It's kind of freaky...they just vanish.

Now I'm really curious: was it the maid in the kitchen with the swag bag? Sorry, always liked Cluedo.
