Diver Career Bug?

The game threw this random couple in to one of my empty houses, when i went to play them the wife has a job in the diver career but look at her work hours, is this normal? I've never played the diver career before. https://i.imgur.com/mRlYR7B.png

It's happened to me as well when I started to play with NPCs. I think she needs to quit and then re-enroll in the career in order to fix it.
