I CAS edit all my newly spawned townies, but don't touch any of my born in game townies since they show the result of that. I find that the game generates the same few faces nowadays, so I do this to keep gene pools more diverse for me to keep playing the same old save lmao.
I usually don't often change names, just ones that were repeated so there aren't 50 something sims with the same exact name.
