I want to say thank you for the diversity in the game I love that we can have intersex, genderfluid, gay, lesbian and others in the LBGTQ Community in our games if we choose. I love that we can make our sims as unique with different races, cultures and communities. I can create a mixed occult. I can create any aspect of the LBGTQ Community. Unflirty for the asexual sim. I can have my sim flirt with the same gender and have a relationship with that person. I can create an intersex sim. I can make it were my sim is genderfluid. I can create a mixed-race sim. The options are truly amazing. I love that every pack since Pets has given us at least one sim that is part of The LBGTQ Community. I truly love it. For that, I thank EA For. Keep up the good work. Please add more diversity in the game because some aren't represented or represented improperly.

I've always appreciated that while other game fandoms are constantly clashing on whether or not to add diversity, or if it is being handled properly, among other things, the Sims has been quietly breaking down all sorts of barriers and making great strides to be inclusive. Everyone should be able to make a Sim just like them, and I hope that the Sims team continues to push the envelope to include more so that everyone is able to tell their stories, and see themselves reflected in the world of the Sims.

I appreciate the diversity too. I think EA could still push the envelope more in a lot of ways other companies are already doing with their games. I know games like TemTem have non-binary option for their game. Inclusion with disabilities I have yet to see with the Sims franchise.

I love the different cultures & the lifestyle fairness in the game. I also hope for some more cultures like; Native Americans/Canadians, Africans, Eastern Europeans & Western Europeans.Furthermore, I hope for more lifestyles like:Missionaries, Compassionate Counselors, Global Warming Activists, Cats & Dogs Activists & Healers.

Agree, but I hope they expand the diversity more to include more ethnicities aswell, the townies seem to be pretty much all white, black or pacific. There isnt really any other ethnicities so hopefully in the future we'll get more Indian, Asian, native American, etc sims

As a very unflirty asexual person, I must say I'm not the biggest fan of the Unflirty trait, as it takes up an entire 1/3 of the personality trait slots. That's too much. I wish there was a system in place for like... identity traits, which didn't take up any slots and were just kinda there as a part of the sim's identity and affected their behavior a little, but unfortunately that's not a thing, and the closest we have is "reward traits". But eh, I guess it's still something. I also don't like how it's portrayed as if romancing these sims is meant to be a "challenge". And how it even makes hugging awkward. I don't speak for everyone, but I actually love hugs. I do not consider them romantic at all. So I don't use that trait for my ace sims. Instead I just play them normally, while avoiding the romance interactions and the flirty mood. Which is harder than you'd think, especially when there's a TV around. Besides that, I do appreciate the representation that does exist in this game! Especially the gender stuff. And the wide variety of pride flags included in the base game. It's really nice.

I end up playing a lot with diversity because I find it interesting. I'm always open to seeing more. While I want Italy and Switzerland, I also want South Africa, Brazil and East Asia. I still want a country pack but the country can be diverse too.

I mean, I don't play with every pre-made but I'm happy for all of them to be there. My opinion is that I can play my game however I want to, but the characters just characters, you can do whatever you want with them. I wouldn't argue that any of them shouldn't exist. As for townie fashion? Yeah, I edit that like crazy when I want to.

I like seeing diversity but sometimes it goes against your storyplay. Like i wanted a neighborhood set in Asia so I deleted most townies and had mostly asian townies and buildings for storyplay. But the game would keep generating random townies with clothing that didnt suit what I was building in my head so I realized to some exent it was pointless. Im aware that even some more homeogenous(is that the right word? Mostly one race) countries have foreigners but it generated so many you couldnt tell it was supposed to be an asian neighborhood besides the buildings

Yeah, and that's what mods are for. I'm pretty sure you can fill your library (back up your old one) with the townies you'd like to see generated, and set MCCC to generate townies from there. I do not think a race toggle would be a good thing at all.

Maybe it's because I've always lived in a reasonably diverse area (even if some parts are less diverse than they'd care to admit), but I really like all the diversity in the Sims, and will always welcome more. More cultures, more identities, more hair styles, more skin tones... and the areas where they've hardly touched diversity, such as disabled options.

The world is a wonderful, diverse place. And that's one place where I do want my games and reality to ... at least come closer.

The game still needs more racial and cultural diversity. More hair, more skintones, more food, clothing, decor. Everything. Simmers come from all around the world and every single one of them deserves the see THEMSELVES represented in THEIR game. Don’t like it just, delete sim or skip over the item. African, African American, Mexican, Asian, Polynesian, Muslim, etc simmers should not have to do without or be told they have enough content or go find CC because it doesn’t fit the look of someone else’s tiny town or village of 300 people that look like each other that they want to reflect in their game. Our game is just as important as yours. #tired

Yeah, you have to use mods if you want to decide exactly how sims are generated. But they do seem to have added preferences with each worlds, like city living and island living.

I have Cerebral Palsy and use a power wheelchair to get around and never got to make a Sim exactly like me yet. Maybe one day disabled people will be represented in this game too.

We also have Japanese and LatAm/Spanish/Portuguese townies, thanks to City Living and Jungle Adventure. But yeah, it would be nice to have more diversity in sims. This is one of the best franchises to explore different people.

I'm Pagan and an occultist offline. It's OK with me that part of my life will never be properly represented or will just be over-exaggerated. They try and want to offend the least amount of people. It's one of the reasons I have some of the mods I have and CC.

I'm also half Native American and feel that side of my heritage should be properly represented too. It's a process and I look forward to continued added diversity in the game. I'm happy with the diversity we do have and look forward to more diversity in the game. Until everyone who feels they should be represented can and will be represented.
