Do sims lose weight from yoga?
My sim has been gaining a few pounds and I was wondering, will they lose weight from yoga? And will the fitness skill go up from it?

The date is Oct. a two month old thread asking a question is not old. Maybe if it was two years ago. ETA: Because I learned something I didn't know yoga worked to lose weight. I haven't seen mine lose any doing that.
