I know it's not a solution most want to hear but you could try tweeting with a link back to the form post.
From my experience, Sim Guru Graham is quite fast in responding, but not everyone.. and I still feel that it is nice if they could come over here and just interact with us once in a while like in one of the threads recently. They don't even have to come here every day.. but perhaps once in a month just like the Maxis monthly. Their presence over here gave us an assurance & impression that they care enough about what the players have experienced. Although it is not their main task, but, as the face of the The Sims franchise, it just seems right for them to visit this forum since this is the official forum unlike the Twitter although they might have 2 different accounts. Still, not all of the contents are Sims related. (I personally have 2 different Twitter account because I don't like to mix personal/professional account with my favourite past time account).
Twitter is a good platform to engage with people when you are popular enough or basically just want to share whatever experience (be it good or boring), get the RT, get the reply, and massive likes.. It is purely good for marketing and sharing, to inform and to learn something new... But, to throw out an idea? I would like to go to a basic and proper channel, because I believe that it will be well thought when we can write or provide a feedback given the space to communicate the idea.. instead of throwing out a few words, get the likes & a reply...
