I get that, but since Twitter is more efficient, why not use it? They can interact with more players about more subjects in less time on Twitter. And that's the goal here. To interact with as many people as possible, about as many things as possible. Times change, they move forward. So should we. Plus it's better at Twitter for us too. As usually the communication feels more personal, immidiate and friendly
Twitter is NOT MORE EFFICIENT!!!!!
It is just another way to be ignored with more LIMITED amounts to be able to write. It is also another way for the "cool popular kids" to exclude parts of the community.
I've never been ignored in Twitter. Nor have I ever seen any other simmer get ignored unless they were rude or kept asking the same thing over and over again even though it has been answered multiple times. And who are the cool popular kids?
I got ignored.. not once... but so many times...but I'm not even rude or keep asking the same thing..I even wish them well... although most of the time, I did notice that they still responded to the same questions from different Simmer many times.. But I know... they need to skim through everything and responded to the most desirable tweet :D The only Sim Guru that responded to my innocent question/suggestion was Sim Guru Graham.. Hats off to him!
I can't accept that Twitter is the best possible way to share ideas unless I can come up with a simple solution (with a possibility to be interpreted differently by anyone because we tend to be biased on something that we are unfamiliar with), attached a proposal..or with thousands of followers.. :D . Again, Twitter is good for sharing, marketing, to inform and to learn (especially with many followers) with a good hashtag, but not really a good platform to discuss ideas...
