Do Vampires Visit Other Neighborhoods Autonomously?

I'm not keen on Supernaturals. I prefer to play family/realistic styles. That said, there seems to be quite a few cool new items in this pack (which is mainly why I would get it). Could you tell me...

In that save, in Manage Households, go to Unplayed > Forgotten Hollow and delete the residents. Then generally stay out of Forgotten Hollow. Don't have your Sims research Vampires online. (You might not even need those last two so much if you've done the first one.)
