Do you always go for to "Top Notch Infant" and "Happy Toddler" traits?
I do, but it's so much work.

It all depends on what I want at the time. Recently, I haven't played much outside of my series on my YouTube channel because when I'm not recording or editing, I'm setting up a base save with the premades for my personal gameplay (remodeling/redecorating houses and all that stuff).
