Do you move your sims around a lot or stay "local"

I don't move around a whole lot and if I do I usually stay withing the same neighbourhood. 

I'm currently playing in Forgotten Hollow and all four of the houses are owned by siblings from a legacy type game.  I like that I see them around all the time and it's easy to keep up with the neighbours. All the houses have mushroomed to fit the families.
