- I've never thought to do that - but now I want to!
I usually play a family through one generation and move on to a new one ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ - You mean like start a new save and replay the same household and follow the same storyline or change it up? If so, no. I feel like what’s happens is set in stone and I should leave it at that. I don’t like to replay the same sim as their life has been played out by me already and the only time I will “replay” them is I sometimes go into CAS and create a new sims using the genetics tool and mix it with other sims and then delete them.
- I always play the same household. Unless I’m in a different save, that is.
- I switch household every now and again, but eventually went back to the old one. or if I'm getting tired switching household, I combine them into one big household leaving their spouse alone in other household but still married.

- My default style is to play and micro-manage one household until I get bored - usually quite quickly. But I’m having a bash at a legacy (gen 4 is about to be born) and I’m really enjoying sticking with one household and losing my control-freakery tendencies!
- I play rotationally which I enjoy as when I start to get bored with one family, it's usually then time to move on to another family and start working on their goals. By the time the rotation comes round I'm excited to play my other families again and doing different things with them
- PhantasmKiss6 years agoSeasoned AceI have some Sims I've made who I really love, and I've been known to set them down in a new world with a makeover and give them different stories. It's like an Alternate Universe; it's pretty much the same character, but in different circumstances. Some of them I change very little from game to game. Phoenix Valentine, for example *fans self* has been a ladies' man since Sims 3. Whether he uses his powers of hotness to become a rock star or a cult leader is up for grabs, but he's using his charm either way.

- I never did that, but I’ve recently grown so fond of my Not So Berry family that I’ll probably replay them in the future! (Once I’m done with the challenge)
