Honestly they are so quiet I can't figure out what they will do.I'm just curious, anyone know why they prefer to be silent about everything? Instead of just saying for example, this year you guys are getting romance, farming, werewolves, knitting etc etc Br prepared. They should announce all of the packs for this year, because I'd like to know what's coming beforehand.

I'm not fussed about them jamming the year full of DLCs. If the alternative is additional content for BG and/or existing DLCs, that's also a sign of a big year for me. Tbh, I think they're trying to curb the explosion of expectations that follows the announcement of a pack. If they mention it too early, we all run with what we'd want the packs to be & obviously they can't be *everything* that everyone wants. I'm guessing they will be at EA Play considering it's the anniversary year but who knows, the announcement there might not be content for TS4. (y'all who want TS5 might get that. it would be a good moment for it)

Do you think Maxis will announce 3 packs at EA Play this year?

Don't think there will be an EA play this year. Maybe like a live stream line up or something? But don't think there will be like a convention.

Since E3 is being cancelled but gaming studios are livestreaming we should expect the same for EA.

Publishers are already planning to livestream the presentations themselves. E3 being cancelled doesn’t mean anything for EA’s event. They can stream from HQ and also from any one of their studios worldwide. E3 was struggling before this because publishers don’t need to attend to show their games to the press, I don’t think a cancellation is going to affect really anything. This might be the push for publishers to skip E3 altogether in favor of their own event.

Which school? There's almost a month of variation (Mid may to Mid june) in the districts around here.

I'm thinking they'll release Country Living just after EA Play (so that following Tuesday) with a teaser/trailer at the end of May. And the only really new information we'll get out of EA Play is the name of the Game Pack, and maybe a better date for Nifty Knitting.

Yes, as there was a lot of feedback from when they announced last time. And wishful thinking, I hope they announce everything that's coming out for the rest of the year.
