Do you upgrade old homes and sims with new pack content?

My game is like a history book of styles! I just realized that I hardly ever upgrade my sims or their homes with new BB/CAS content. Most sims I created when I got base game, still have hair and cloth...

Depends, CAS wise not so much, but if something new comes out I may add it to my houses - though I tend to pretty much use the same stuff all the time.
