Middle names however I wouldn’t mind !
I personally don't see the difference between having two first names vs. one first and one middle - but maybe that's just because in my culture a middle name is usually just a second/third first name.
I get however that you might want to have a sim with a name like "John Joseph Johnson" and for the little notifications only get "Yo, John is hungry" instead of "John Joseph is hungry"
