Doctor issue….

There have been issues in the past with the Get To Work careers not working correctly. I'm not sure if they were ever fixed or not.

I believe a couple sites list all the diseases and what they look like. I think Carls sims has one. It helps me figure out what diseases the sims have.

Some diseases are easy to diagnose, some are not. If you are not very sure about the disease and do not have any guide at hand, just avoid the task. You do not need to get gold every day to advance. I used Carl's guide when I played my doctor sim.
It has been some time since I last played doctor and there was no issue back then, except that it takes a terribly long time for sims (both doctor and patient) to get around the place.

Make certain you give the patient a thorough examination. Eyes, nose, throat, the works. Be certain to ask the patient about their health history, even if a Child. In this career, you, the player, are the physician in training. Learn the symptoms of each of the possible diseases, after a time, you'll get the hang of it. You'll actually start recognizing the disease as it presents. Take that swab and analyze it. Hang in there. It's not easy being a Intern.

Yeah she does everything she’s supposed to and it never comes up right. I don’t think she needs to advance much longer in her career until she needs a new one but still annoying.
