Does anyone get along with Vlad?

He's best friends with my vampire sim and his boyfriend and they're both trying to hook him up with Caleb Vatore. His cold exterior was destroyed when my sims befriend ed him and returned to his beautiful Young Adult self (really he just got a makeover). But I actually really like him when he's not breaking into my house.

I've had two sims he instantly took a liking to somehow, while he hated everyone else. The one in the first save became his wife, they have 3 kids. The one in the second is his apprentice that he mentors more in organ playing than actual vampirism. Vlad is the best xD

He does a lot of bar tending, so maybe chatting up on drinks and such might help.

My sim became the most powerful vampire so he challenged Vlad to a duel and sipped the cure in his face because he was always mean to him.
Now with all his power gone, Vlad usually strolls down the lane, crying like a little baby.

My main sim is a Grand Master. Ironically it's the other way around for him - Vlad seems very keen for them to become friends and allies, whereas my sim wants nothing at all to do with him or other vampires. He wants to be a Good Vampire and so he has turned his back on that way of life.

Nope, though I always see him wandering about, usually on vendors stalls. If I ever play a vampire I usually make him their rival

I had a teen non vampire sim who is his niece in one save. She and her dad briefly lived with Uncle Vlad when she was a toddler. Upon leveling up quite a bit in logic and painting(10 for both), I moved her out of vampire dad's house into that little trailer in Strangerville. She had a good relationship with dad and new stepmom but i wanted to do a rags to riches semichallenge with her.
She had been on her own for a few nights when she gets that first creepy text from Vlad. Next night, shes getting ready for bed when Vlad in nosferatu mode and creepy walk going on waltzes in through the door. She turns around and he's like "Oops." He twirls back into his regular creepy self and yaks with her all night. She has to yell at him and ask him to leave towards morning. It was hilarious. I can tell she does not like him overly much but he kept up a positive conversation
The next night, my sim is fast asleep when Vlad comes in like he usually does. Finally! Lets see if he will feed. Nope. Waltzes up to the bed, kicks her out, gets in and does the bed sob. He was sad. She cheers him up and he leaves.
He shows up every night for a sim week. Activities vary from psyching self up in mirror, trolling teh forums, watching tv and helping her with homework. It was weird. I usually got a negative reaction on her part. At one point he almost got incinerated at sunrise and i eventually had to lock him out.
She finally ages up and starts having kids, He's always the first to send congrats messages and mail gifts to all 5 going on 6 of her kids.
Not one message or visit from mom or dad too.

I have once, but at the time I had the super friendly trait, and was at a gathering with a club that had a good reputation and that socializing bonus, so that made it easier. :)
