That strikes me as odd. They were able to take the time to fully animate children playing ping pong matches, but not model child-sized bikes and create child animations for riding them? I feel like animating bike riding would be simpler, because they just have to animate them getting on/off and pedaling, the latter of which just goes in a loop while they're riding around.
