Sound idea, but with this particular sim I was facing the problem that he is supposed to be a high ranking politician as mentioned in the initial post. My other sims cannot hire him for bartender duty. I'll keep this approach in mind for future sims!
Why can't they hire him? Does he not have a magical disguise he can use for his bartending shifts?
