Appear in Von Haunt Estate, one (Bernard) painting and other (Mimsy) gardening.

You need to use this cheat on these sims:
traits.equip_trait trait_isChaletGardensGhostRemember, playing with the sim again will remove their role.
Template:
There are two templates for both ghosts:
- Painter: Sims generated for this role are adult male sims named Bernard.
He has Painting skill on level 10 and Piano skill on at least level 8 (usually 9).
He has the following traits: Art Lover, Ambitious, Hates Children, Muser, Death by Fire, trait_isChaletGardensGhost. - Gardener: Sims generated for this role are young adult female sims named Mimsy.
She has Gardening skill on level 10, Piano skill on at least level 8 (usually 9), and both Homestyle and Gourmet Cooking skills on at least level 5 (usually 7).
She has the following traits: Cheerful, Romantic, Jealous, Collector, Death by Fire, trait_isChaletGardensGhost.
