Falling Death??

That's a death from Snowy Escape.

Requirements: Rock Climbing skill 6+.

You can send your sims on mountain climbing excursion, where they climb their way to the summit. However, at one point they'll encounter the largest climbing wall in the game. If sim has first-stage injury (Battered & Bruised) and they fall while climbing, they'll die if they have made it high. Sims without injuries who fall will survive, but get injured.
