Falling in love with Hermit lady

I had my Sim start a romance with her.
He actually got her pregnant--and she announced it, and let him feel her belly, before he left to go home.
So--so much for elderly people NOT getting pregnant!
Anyway, when he went camping the next time & went to visit her--everything was back to as if he hadn't met her.
No baby, and their relationship set to "greet" again.

And no--there hadn't been that many days before he went back.

Apparently, it doesn't matter if you start a relationship with the hermit--they reset the next time you visit.

Kind of disappointing, as I was interested to see what sort of child they would create.

Any mod?

There is a mod to fix relationships but I can't remember what it's called or who made it.

Normally the hermit is replaced by a new hermit if you marry them. It s not normal for them to reset. Sounds like a bug.

That's cause of a bug. If sims are forgetting relationships it's a bug issue please post at the link.
