Fame and relationships

Surprise, surprise… my Sim is romantic partners with Thorne Bailey. He invites her to his house and my Sim cannot talk to Orange. 

If being Neighbors with a Celebrity makes it easy to talk to them… why wouldn’t you use the same mechanism for Relationships. If a Sim is Romantically involved with a Celebrity Sim with a child, it should trigger the Fame Communication Difficulty off for the child… if the child is a celebrity .
