^^^ This is a really hard pill for most players to swallow. I know it sucks to not meet the minimum requirements to run a game you love, but constantly catering to people with low end machines is holding this game back. This is one of the reasons why the builds in TS4 are so ugly and empty and why the object meshes are very low-poly.
My suggestion: stop buying DLCs and save up money for a better computer.
